Chef Prepared Meals & Restaurant @ Home

During lockdown, we are still making all of our most popular chef-prepared dishes – fish pies, lasagnes, fish and crab soup to name a few. Made by our on-site kitchen team, most come packaged in sustainable wooden boxes, ready to pop in the oven when you get home.

NEW: We are also now offering a more formal RESTAURANT @ HOME menu for collection on Saturdays designed to try and recreate the restaurant experience at home. Please see the menu here and the dedicated section at the bottom of this page.

Classic William’s favourites

We are still making the classic William’s favourites – William’s fish soup, spicy crab soup, whole poached sides of salmon, fish pie, our famous salmon fishcakes, coronation chicken and crayfish mayonnaise. As the years have gone by, however, recipes have been changed and modernised, and we have recently added a range of new dishes inspired by chefs around the globe – miso-marinated salmon, harissa chicken with pepita pesto, scallop ceviche, pomegranate and walnut-stuffed aubergine, black rice, chilli and mint salad, charred broccoli salad with cranberry and toasted pumpkin…

Restaurant at Home

Until the restaurant opens fully, we will continue to offer a formal dinner menu, designed to give an ‘at home’ William’s restaurant experience.

With a choice of either two or three courses and full heating instructions provided, the current menu includes such dishes as ‘tian of Dartmouth crab, ‘luxury fish and shellfish pie’ and ‘var salmon marinated in miso’, as well as a selection of mouth-watering desserts. The menu is available for collection on Saturday afternoons from 17th April from 12-4pm.
