    Quality & Freshness

    Provenance

Nearly all our fish comes from the British coastline. Caught on local day boats, with a particular focus on sustainable species, our fish are landed into harbours along the South West coast – Fowey, Looe, St Ives, Mevagissey, Brixham, Newlyn and Plymouth.

    Freshness

Every morning we have a new delivery of fish, which has been caught on day boats the previous day. This means you can be sure that you are getting the best, freshest, native fish and shellfish around.

    Preparation

Our expert Chefs can produce your fish exactly as you need it – gutted, scaled, pin-boned or de-scaled – don’t hesitate to ask. We can also give advice on preparation, cooking times and recipes and have a collection of recipe books to inspire you!
