It goes against the grain to be bringing up Christmas in September, but recent newspaper headlines about turkey shortages this year have got us planning ahead to help our William’s customers. With rumblings of another Winter of Discontent, we want to not only banish last year’s disappointment, but also make Christmas 2021 something special.

This year, we are delighted to once again offer free-range Bronze Turkeys and Geese reared in the rolling Worcestershire hills by the Goodman family. It’s a well acknowledged fact that the UK produces some of the best turkeys in the world, and Goodman’s lead from the front, which is why William’s have been sourcing our Christmas birds from them for decades. We are due to place our order imminently, after which we can relax and let the Goodmans do what they do so well; rear their birds traditionally on a natural additive-free diet of grass, corn and straw. Goodman’s birds have been praised by top chefs and food critics around the country including Jamie Oliver, Delia Smith, Rick Stein & Tom Parker-Bowles.

6 People   – 4.5kg
8 people   – 5kg
10 people – 6kg
12 people – 7kg
14 people – 8kg
16 people – 9kg


Guide for Goose size to order:
4-5kg bird to feed 6 people
6+kg bird to feed 8 people

Your turkey or Goose will be available for collection on Thursday 23rd December or the morning of Friday 24th December and we will check in with you nearer the time to see which date will suit you better.
