We are delighted to announce that we are now taking orders for Christmas and the order sheet can be downloaded from our homepage.

We have a few free-range bronze turkeys and  geese left to pre-order, but if these feathered fowl are not to your liking, we will also be sourcing a limited number of Creedy Carver ducks. Like our turkeys and geese, these free range birds are raised to the highest standard of welfare, and their reputation for flavour is second to none. In addition, tick off another festive favourite and order one of our sugar-roasted whole or half hams.

Whether you choose to take the pressure off making that perfect Christmas meal with our Chef-prepared range of side dishes and sauces to complement your roast, or just want to make your cheeseboard a pièce de résistance, we have something to please everyone. Our slab will offer the usual array of superb fresh fish, but it’s best to pre-order at Christmas time. You can also request items from our Winter menu of Chef-Prepared dishes, which you can also view via a link on our homepage.

This year our Christmas puddings have been prepared by hand by a private chef. Made the traditional way, and left to steep for 2 months, this will finish your feast with a flourish.

There are whole sides of smoked salmon, blinis and caviar from the shop to put you in the mood for the festive season, not to mention our fantastic Crayfish Mayo mix that is an instant winner for canapés (they go very well with our croustades). We also have our popular Salted Catalan Almonds and packets of truffle, Iberian Ham or Himalayan Sea Salt flavoured crisps.

We have been putting the finishing touches to our new range of Hampers, which will be on our website from this weekend, or you can create your own bespoke hamper if you prefer. We are also delighted to be stocking Richard Bramble’s fabulous fishy tableware and tea towels for the first time this year. Details can be supplied upon request, or if you are passing, do feast your eyes on our window display.

Once you have made your selection, please email us at info@williamsfoodhall.co.uk to place your order. Sarah will always reply with an order confirmation, so if you don’t receive one, please call us to make sure that your email has got through.  You can place or amend your order up until the final cut-off date on Tuesday 14th December. We will try, but cannot guarantee, to fulfill orders after that date.

Please remember to include a name, mobile phone number, and preferred date for collection. If your order includes a Turkey or Goose, then collection must be on 23rd or 24th December. All shop opening hours for the Christmas week are on the order sheet.
