£20 FOR TWO COURSES / £25 FOR THREE
To help our customers through the last of the winter months, we are offering a fabulous set two-course menu every Tuesday and Wednesday, starting on Tuesday 25th January and running until the end of February. This will run alongside our regular a la carte menu, so customers will still have the option to order our usual spectrum of dishes.
The daily-changing set menu options will feature some of the William’s favourites – pan-fried fillet of sea bass with pancetta and pearl onions, beer-battered haddock and chips, Moules Frites, fish soup with rouille and our famous Catalan fish stew.

The menu is likely to include at least one meat and vegetarian dish, as well as a choice of freshly caught seafood. In contrast to the frozen, farmed fish from the other side of the world you might expect to see in supermarkets, our fish is delivered daily to us direct from Cornwall with an emphasis on seasonal and sustainable produce. This month, expect to see line-caught wild sea bass on the menu, as well as Cornish mackerel, hake and skate wing landed on day boats
